This week has been another one of those paradoxical moments where it feels like the year flew by but the list of things we accomplished as a company is longer than most I can remember. That said, 2023 also had its fair share of challenges. Many of our team members in New England were impacted by July’s floods as well as this week’s storm. Even today we’re crossing our fingers as we wait for more details from our friends and colleagues in Maine.
Despite the downs, the ups are worth a bit of reflection at times like these. From sales to engineering and partner services to IT, it has been a fantastic trip around the sun for our clients and team. Here are a few things we’re most proud of.
We had an incredible year for growth with over 20 new clients signing on across Marketing Cloud, Commerce, and Business Intelligence.
Back from the second time in-person since the pandemic, more than 100 of our clients, partners, and team members from across North America met in Stowe for two days of learning, networking, and sharing.

One of two big wins for the Business Intelligence team, the launch of Destination Explorer gave DestiMetrics customers a fresh, powerful new way to visualize their destination’s performance data.

The other big win for this team was partnering with Mammoth Lakes on a new Destination Straw Poll Report that will help provide key destination performance insights on a more frequent cadence.

Our new Enhanced Confirmations started to roll out to the first partners. These new confirmations look great, include advanced options, and, thanks to our Inntopia Digital team, perform amazingly in the inbox.
We added a half dozen new campaigns to our Ultimate Guide to Resort Marketing Automation book and just got our first big batch of this new version from the printers. Want a free copy for your team? Request it at the link below.

We’ve been working hard to enhance and add new insurance options for our clients. One of the most exciting developments on this front was an integration with Spot Insurance that we rolled out just last week!

Awards like this aren’t the reason why we treat our employees well, but they’re nice validation that those efforts are paying off. This marked our 5th time making the list and our highest ranking.

We were able to roll out a handful of new POS integrations, especially on the Marketing Cloud side. One of the big ones we crossed off the list in 2024 was an integration with the awesome platform (and team) at The Flybook.

Last but certainly not least, payment gateways continued to be a focus of ours. We had some really exciting news on that front last month when we announced an integration with an innovative platform called Nexio.

The point, of course, is not just to build integrations and host user groups, it’s to help our clients succeed. That’s the goal behind everything we do. This year saw record retention and reports across the board of incredible results which we shared in a series of new customer stories about Big Cedar Lodge, Mt Bachelor Resort, Stein Collection, and Camelback Resort.
Here’s to an even better 2024!
