News Inntopia Marketing Cloud is now integrated with The Flybook

We are excited to announce that Inntopia Marketing Cloud is now integrated with The Flybook! The Flybook is a reservation and operations management system specifically designed for tour operators and recreation outfitters. Founded by a former guide who had first-hand knowledge of this market, Craig Langer, The Flybook helps businesses maximize their capacity and decrease the manual work traditionally associated with these operators. 

This integration allows Marketing Cloud users to merge guest data from The Flybook with guest data from their other systems – PMS, POS, survey, marketing, etc.  This provides their team a comprehensive view of guest behavior that can be used to trigger marketing automation to drive upsells and loyalty, target marketing outreach based on guest behavior, and deliver timely service around the specific needs of each guest.
