From the first part of this series we know that Inntopia Commerce is a way to sell all the products a hotel or resort offers in one transaction. The next, natural question is simply; which places? There are a few answers to this, but we’ll focus on the two big ones.
First, Inntopia Commerce is a way to sell all the products a resort offers through a single ecommerce store.
Second, it’s also a way to sell all those products over the phone.
The online store is what your guests would use from their desktop, laptop or mobile device to book all the products they need. The phone is what your call center agents would use to help a guest book all the products they need.
There’s a little more to this that we’ll cover later, but just remember that Inntopia Commerce helps resorts and hotels sell all their products both online and over the phone.
