Inntopia Marketing Cloud is now integrated with accesso Paradox.

Since launching MtnOS in 2018, accesso Paradox has quickly made a name for themselves in the ski industry with an all-in-one system that helps mountain resorts efficiently run their operations and easily sell their products.

Today, we’re excited to announce that Inntopia Marketing Cloud is now integrated with accesso Paradox!

That means that Inntopia Marketing Cloud users can now import transactional data from all of the products they sell – rentals, tickets, lessons, retail, food and beverage, activities, season passes, and more – into their Marketing Cloud account and have it neatly merged with data from other sources like their property management system into centralized guest profiles.

This includes data points like:

  • Transactions
  • Pass purchases
  • Scan data
  • Guest details

And more, with all the usual guest traits and guest types configurable within Marketing Cloud based on any data that is received through this new integration.

Currently, more than 50 mountain resorts rely on accesso Paradox to run their businesses.
