News Meet the four newest members of our Strategic Account Manager team.

If you attended our user group last month in Stowe you might have met a few new faces on our account management team. Because we consider these talented women and men true extensions of our clients’ teams, it’s critical that we find people who have been in their shoes and know how to move the needle.

As you’ll see, the latest group to join our ranks check all those boxes and more.

Sarah Bertoline
Strategic Account Manager, Marketing Cloud

Sarah comes to Inntopia after working part of her career in marketing at both Vail and Keystone Resorts. She spent over a decade living in Colorado while working in various marketing roles at the resorts in both Eagle and Summit Counties. Sarah has also spent time working in the non-profit sector in recent years: in digital production for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and as a consultant with the US Holocaust Museum. She is based out of her home state of Virginia, and is thrilled to be back in the ski and resort travel industry.

Drew Jackson
Strategic Account Manager, Marketing Cloud

Drew comes to Inntopia after working for many years in marketing, CRM, email, and analytics at various ski resorts including Camelback in the Pocono mountains of Pennsylvania, Mt. Bachelor in Oregon, and Sugar Bowl in Lake Tahoe. He is well-versed with both Inntopia Marketing Cloud and Inntopia Commerce products from his previous roles within the marketing departments in those areas, which we know will be a great asset as he gets up to speed on Inntopia and account management within our Partner Services organization. He also has a background in meteorology and television reporting, prior to his ski industry career.

He is based out of Bend, Oregon, adding to our contingent of west coast Inntopians. We are excited to have Drew joining our team, and look forward to introducing him to you. You may find him via email at djackson@inntopia.com to say hello.

Burleigh Sunflower
Strategic Account Manager, Marketing Cloud

Burleigh comes to Inntopia after working for many years in ski and snowboard schools and then in marketing at various Northeast ski resorts including Bromley, Okemo, and part of the Vail Resorts east coast marketing group. He has had experience with Inntopia from his previous roles within the marketing departments in those areas, which we know will serve both him and our partners well, as he begins his journey as a Strategic Account Manager for Inntopia Marketing Cloud!

He will be working from his home office in Chester VT, and we look forward to seeing him around our Stowe HQ occasionally as well! We are excited to have him joining our team, and look forward to introducing him to our partners. You can drop him an email at bsunflower@inntopia.com to say hi.

Mandy Ameli
Strategic Account Manager, Commerce

Mandy joins the Inntopia Strategic Services Team as a Commerce Strategic Account Manager. Mandy lives in Stowe, VT and comes to Inntopia with a 30-year background in the ski resort industry. She spent the last 15 years with with Stowe Mountain Resort in various roles but most recently held the position of Product Service and Sales Manager.

Originally from Toronto, Canada, where her career in travel began as a tour operator that eventually led her to the west coast working in national sales and customer service for Lake Louise in Alberta and Whistler Blackcomb in British Columbia.
