Inntopia’s Top 10 Moments of 2025

We thought 2023 was a great year, and it was, but then 2024 wrapped up with some of the most momentum we’d ever had as a company. As we reflect on 2025, however, what our resort partners and our team has accomplished was off the charts. Here’s a quick recap of perhaps the best year Inntopia has ever had.

1. Inntopia Joins Outside

The biggest news, by far, was joining the incredible team at Outside Inc. Between our booking and marketing technology and their audiences of millions of outdoor travelers, some incredibly exciting things are happening. Plus, we’re running a special track just for destinations and resorts called Attract during Outside Days 2026!

2. New Chrome Extension for Marketing Cloud

In September we launched our new Chrome extension for Inntopia Marketing Cloud that gives everyone on your team instant access to guest profiles and insights right from the systems they are already using. Whether they’re at the front desk or interact with guests in the call center, everyone now has access to key information about every traveler.

3. Lake Louise’s Data-Driven Marketing Success

Our clients did some amazing things in 2025, but one of our favorites was the way Lake Louise used marketing engagement data about their guests to make sure their VIPs heard about their incredible new terrain expansion.

4. New Booking Engine Design

In April we rolled out a new look for our Inntopia Commerce one-cart booking engine. Aside from a clean, modern layout, this update is designed from the ground up to help drive more of your guests to book more of your experiences.

5. New Integration with accesso Paradox

Completed in phases largely during the summer, this fantastic integration allows resorts managing lift tickets, rentals, and lessons in the quickly-growing accesso Paradox platform to sell these products alongside inventory from other systems using the Inntopia Commerce booking engine.

6. New Advanced Booking Confirmation Integrations

Advanced Booking Confirmations replace the plain, default confirmation emails from your booking platform with advanced content functionality, custom branding, and a high-performance email template. In August we added support for even more systems including RTP.

7. Eight New F&B, Spa, and Activity Integrations

We already had most major integrations locked in for Inntopia Marketing Cloud, so this year we worked on the long tail and shipped 8 new integrations with a long list of F&B, spa, and activity platforms.

8. Inntopia DestiMetrics Celebrates 20 Years

DestiMetrics has been the most trusted name in destination analytics for two decades. We sat down with someone who has been there from the beginning, Tom Foley, to reflect on lessons, insights, and trends from the millions of datapoints he’s analyzed.

9. Seven Additional New Commerce Integrations

Aside from the ones we’ve already mentioned, our engineering team rolled out more integrations than we can even list in this recap including Sensible Weather, Vertical Insure, Stayntouch, Q Concierge, CloudBeds, FareHarbor and Hotel Key!

10. Upsell Engine Gains Momentum

Technically we launched this in 2024, but 2025 saw our powerful new upsell engine installed for the first partners, performance data coming in, and the model getting smarter and smarter with every recommendation.
