The mission of Inntopia Commerce is simple: allow resorts to sell live inventory for all of their systems in a single booking engine and call center app. The types of products don’t matter, you can offer guests real-time inventory from your PMS, activity, POS, tee-sheet, spa, insurance, and other systems in a single interface.
This year we’ve already released four new integrations for Inntopia Commerce. Three more exciting integrations are in the works right now, but here’s a quick recap of who we’ve partnered with so far this year.
Cloudbeds is the leading platform redefining the concept of PMS for the hospitality industry, serving tens of thousands of properties in more than 150 countries worldwide. The partnership will allow resorts and hotels using the Cloudbeds PMS to sell their lodging inventory alongside inventory from any other system.

This integration will allow resorts managing lift tickets, rentals, and lessons in accesso Paradox to sell these products alongside inventory from other systems using the Inntopia Commerce booking engine. For example, a resort could sell live lift ticket and rental inventory managed in accesso Paradox next to live lodging availability managed in their property management system in the same Inntopia Commerce booking engine.

Q Concierge is an innovative new AI agent platform. This partnership and integration will allow resorts using Inntopia Commerce to allow their guests to book everything from hotel rooms and rentals to lift tickets and dining reservations by interacting with an AI voice agent over the phone, any hour of the day without any human interaction.

Traditionally, adding insurance to the checkout experience has been complex and time-consuming for resorts, requiring extensive contract negotiations and ongoing carrier discussions. This new partnership removes those obstacles by enabling ski resorts of any size to activate insurance directly through Inntopia – no contracts, setup costs, or ongoing support required.
