We have completed the restore of the Marketing Cloud Databases into our Azure cloud environment and we are re-queueing and sending any previously failed Marketing Cloud emails. All other Marketing Cloud features are up and running as normal.

Due to a catastrophic server failure, the commerce email service is being moved to a backup server, and we expect those to be working normally very soon. Opera OHIP integration is also impacted. All other Commerce functionality remains active.

This process will take several hours, and our team will be working around the clock until the work is completed. We appreciate your patience while our team completes our disaster recovery plan.
