One of the most popular new Inntopia Marketing Cloud integrations is text messaging through Mobiniti. SMS is perfect for in-resort messaging, alerts, and promotions like Purgatory’s Cocoa Coupons program. It’s also been incredibly helpful this year to communicate policies and changes due to Covid-19.
With more resorts taking advantage of this channel, I’m excited to announce that you can now allow guests to opt-in to text message communications right from the Inntopia Commerce checkout path! It’s a great way to seamlessly capture more SMS opt-ins right when it would be most useful to your team and your efforts to help each guest have an incredible visit.
But, as your favorite informercial would say, there’s more.
Like the rest of the Inntopia Commerce checkout path, everything is customizable, including fonts, colors, wording, layout styles, and more.
Inntopia Commerce allows you to sell all products through a single interface, so you can grab opt-ins from guests buying rooms, tickets, tee-times, rentals, lessons, swag…you name it.
Just a Commerce user? Using Marketing Cloud as well? Either way, you’re good. You can get up and running with SMS messaging even if you’re only using Inntopia Commerce.
Just as email has its own requirements for compliance, SMS has the same. We’ll provide some default, compliance-ready language and settings that make it easy to get started without worrying about the nitty gritty.
