Acoustic Campaign is changing their login process and all users will need an Acoustic ID by Friday, September 25 to log into the email platform. Acoustic is sunsetting the IBM ID and moving to the Acoustic ID.
Acoustic has sent emails to everyone directly to activate your Acoustic ID. The latest one was sent on Thursday, September 17 and another will be sent on Thursday, September 24.
If you have not received the email, you can re-send it to yourself by submitting this form: https://login.goacoustic.com/resend-activation
