Over the years, Inntopia has invested millions of dollars to develop and support our software. Based on results collected earlier this year in a customer satisfaction survey completed by our partners, we are proud to announce that Inntopia is making major changes to the Development and Account Management teams in 2016. John Kitonis, Vice President of Software Development
John has 20 years of experience in software development and is an expert in leading technology teams.
John’s world-class skills in the Agile process, an approach to software development that improves quality and speeds development, enables us to respond more quickly to both new feature requests and bug fixes.
Brian Forrest, Director of Support
Brian brings to Inntopia 15 years of experience leading the support team at Burton Snowboards.
Technically adept having implemented and managed SAP for Burton, he will raise the bar on support and account management.
Karin has 15 years of experience at Stowe Mountain Resort where she worked as the Revenue and Product Administrator for the past five years. Karin also has deep knowledge of RTP.
Having walked in our clients’ shoes, Karin will quickly identify and resolve issues while also providing trusted advisor services.
A seasoned veteran from Blue Cross Blue Shield, Michelle has lead teams in account implementation and product support for over a decade.
Michelle knows how to solve difficult software problems and identify ways to enhance your overall experience.
Kevin Duff, Strategic Account Manager
Kevin comes to Inntopia via Expedia. Technically savvy, he knows the ins and outs of the travel industry and the engines of commerce within it.
His focus will be on transitioning supplier’s accounts over to our responsive commerce platform.
