The Data Exporter within Inntopia RMS is a diverse report that offers Suppliers detailed information about Guest, Reservations, Travel Agents or Packages/Promotions sold for a specific date range. The Search field within the report will allow you to search for a specific word or set of characters such as an email address or phone number. This is a great report to share with your front desk staff, so they know which guests they can expect for check-in or check-out for any given day.
How To: From Inntopia RMS, select the Reports tab. Select Data Exporter from the Reports menu. Enter the desired parameters and select View Summary.
