If you’re a supplier, within the Inntopia RMS, you will see a list of all new reservations on the Home page. This is where you acknowledge the booking and add your confirmation number. But what happens if you don’t acknowledge them?
Well, the guest will still arrive. This is an actual, live booking that the guest has already made. They plan to be walking in your door on the day the reservation says they will arrive.
If you don’t acknowledge it, your email will drive you crazy. Every day, Inntopia will email you notifications about the reservation until you acknowledge it. Inntopia wants to make sure that you know that the guest made the booking. So, do yourself a favor, and acknowledge the booking. This goes for cancellations too.
