Within the itinerary search results in Agentopia, you will now see itineraries highlighted in light blue. This represents itineraries that have a departure date in the past. This feature is currently only available in the search results list.
Light blue now joins all the other itinerary status colors.
All itinerary items cancelled
Pending itinerary that needs an agent’s attention
Reserved itinerary with an arrival date in the future
Reserved itinerary with a departure date in the past (CRS search results only)
Unconfirmed – quote saved in the CRS
Unconfirmed – quote saved online
If you are not seeing the new color appear in your search results list, you should clear your browser cache.
