If a guest decides to commit to an itinerary they created or add more products to it later, can your guest access their itinerary online? By simply adding the ‘My Account’ URL to your homepage, the guest can easily access all of their existing itineraries. This will provide your guests easy access to view their pending and reserved itineraries, as well as allow them to update their account information.
