Pam Mackenzie joins the Inntopia Management team as Senior Vice President, Employee and Partner Engagement. Her role includes employee recruitment and retention across the entire organization, working directly with employees and their managers to evaluate skill sets, their “living culture,” and creating a learning culture.
Pam is an established leader with a strong track record developing and implementing strategic direction for public and private sector organizations. She has been instrumental in managing organizations through changes in her past work experiences, including the Vermont Agency of Commerce & Community Development, DeckerZinn LLC, Comcast, and the Greater Burlington YMCA to name only a few.
“Inntopia is one of the most innovative companies I have worked with, their size – scope of the work they have accomplished, and what is on the horizon is exciting, interesting and the tiniest bit scary, all the things that make me want to go to work each day. I bring a strong background in internal and external customer satisfaction, collaboration, and relationships. Integrating teams and cultures, and recruiting and retaining the best of the best, these are the skills I bring to the organization,” comments Pam.
Pam was recognized by United Way of Chittenden County, Women in Cable & Telecommunications, Comcast Cable, and 158th Mission Support Group/Vermont Air National Guard as a leader in employee development, operations, business development, and community involvement.
She lives in South Burlington, near her family, and her favorite activity is volunteering. Presently, Pam serves on the Mercy Connections Board and the Howard Center Board.
