We’re excited to announce that as of Thursday morning, our latest release of the Insight portal will now be live with three exciting enhancements. These improvements enable unprecedented access to your data through custom list building tools, performance dashboards, and powerful intelligence visualizations.
NEW: List Builder
First is our brand new list builder. This release is a significant update to the legacy Ryan Solutions client portal query tool and enables you to easily query your database for email and direct mail lists within Insight. Highlights include:
- Universal browser compatibility including Google Chrome.
- Improved UI for queries using multiple and/or groupings.
- Cascading rule logic for drop down field values.
- Vastly improved error messaging.
In the coming weeks we will release additional functionality to the List Builder including an update to the legacy Custom Fields tab, improved foldering, and more. You can also read the full release notes on Wikitopia.
NEW: Pass Visualizations Live in Intelligence
Also included in this release is a new visualization for season passes. Accessed under “Intelligence” in the left-hand navigation, this enhancement shows detailed pass sales pace and analyzes your data by specific product, sales date, seasons and more.
NEW: Campaign Visualizations
Finally, this update includes a new campaign visualization that analyzes email performance to see which executions are driving revenue to your business. This is also accessed under “Intelligence” in the left-hand navigation.
