Inntopia to Power E-Commerce and Contact Center Reservations

Intrawest, the premier North American mountain resort and adventure company, has signed on to use Inntopia’s cloud-based platform to power e-commerce and contact center reservations for its portfolio of ski and vacation destination resorts, which includes Steamboat and Winter Park Resorts in Colorado, Stratton in Vermont, Snowshoe in West Virginia, Tremblant in Quebec, and Hanua Kai, Maui.

The move to Inntopia allows Intrawest to offer a seamless shopping experience to its customers, regardless of where or what they are reserving. Lift tickets, lodging, transportation, season passes, activities and all other resort products will be handled through Inntopia’s cloud-based platform.

“The move to Inntopia is a significant step forward for Intrawest. Inntopia is the leading commerce engine in the ski industry and with their current development road map we are confident it will meet the needs of Intrawest for the foreseeable future. Selling our products in advance more effectively and efficiently is a key to the success of our resorts,” commented Ian Arthur, CMO Intrawest.

“We are very pleased to bring Intrawest onto the Inntopia platform, and to help them take their online and offline sales and pricing strategies to the next level,” said Inntopia CEO Trevor Crist. “The scope of Intrawest’s commitment to Inntopia is a testament to Inntopia’s position as the most comprehensive, and most widely used, cloud platform for the ski industry worldwide.”
