One thing we’re trying really hard to do with our user group is not take anyone’s attendance for granted. If you’re making the effort to come, we’re going to do everything we can to make every hour of every day worth the trip.

With that being said, I’m excited to share we’re adding something new to Insight365 this year: an Ask an Expert room. This room will always have a couple of our talented account managers stationed and ready to answer your questions, jam with you on a new idea, solve a problem you’ve run into, or whatever else comes up as you listen to two days of customer stories, feature announcements, data analyses, trends, and best practices.

This room will be available both days:

  • For the hour before we start
  • During the lunch break
  • During afternoon workshops

Whether you come in for help on that new automation, swing by during lunch to polish up that package, or get a tour of a new report during the workshops, we hope this addition will help you find something useful and effective to do with your time, no matter what’s on the agenda.
