He attended the University of Vermont with a major in Mechanical Engineering. “I’m excited to join Inntopia as I’ve long been a secret admirer of their products and services. Being a part of their growth and development is a dream come true for me. The core values that Inntopia uses in the approach to their solutions and services ring true for me personally as well as I’m always looking for new and better ways to do things. I don’t believe in solo achievements – any idea becomes stronger when shared with the team.”
Sarah Karandy
Inntopia welcomes Sarah Karandy as Scrum Master. Sarah previously worked at Dealer.com as a QA Engineer and got her education at Saint Michael’s college where she graduated with a BA in Music and Psychology. She volunteered as an educator for Rosie’s Girls Day Camp Software Engineering 101 at Vermont Works for Women.
Sarah is excited to join Inntopia with this opportunity to help the scrum teams grow and mature. “ ‘Maybe all that we need is to meet in the middle of impossibility.’ This quote from the Indigo Girls is one of my favorites and is totally in tune with why I’m so excited to be here. This is such an amazing opportunity to help our scrum teams grow and mature!”
Haney Hamdy
Haney is a QA Engineer and also recently joined the Inntopia team in the Burlington office. Haney has been very busy working as QA Analyst, Associate Project Manager, Data Analyst, and as Graphics & Data Design intern at Dealer.com since 2012. He also contracted at Daft Labs as a Graphic Designer, and at Morse Hillside Farm as Product Label Designer. He continues his online teaching as an Adjunct Professor for various colleges.
“I’m hoping to set up a viable solution to test automation at Inntopia that would markedly improve regression, test, and deployment processes and add valuable time back into employee’s schedules.”
Haney graduated from Saint Michael’s College in Fine Art, and then received a Master’s degree from Southern New Hampshire University in Information Technology with a focus in web design. He lives in Westford, VT with his fiancé and their pure white Alaskan Malamute puppy, Sigurd. Haney enjoys golf, working out, and yard work.
