Kim Leslie
In Stowe, Inntopia is excited to add Kim Leslie to the Partner Services team. Kim worked as Marketing Events Manager at Stowe Mountain Resort for over a decade and is a perfect fit for the team, bringing extensive experience in the resort industry and customer service. Kim lives in Stowe with her husband and two children. She graduated from the University of Vermont with a BA in English Literature and a minor in Studio Arts. Kim is an avid outdoor enthusiast who loves to camp by boat and VW bus. She is always up for an adventure in the great outdoors, especially skiing or mountain biking.
Gabrielle Ransom
Gaby is also joining the Partner Services team in Stowe. Prior to Inntopia, she worked at Oracle in Burlington, MA, first in Business Development and then transitioned to Account Manager. After moving to Vermont a few years ago, she joined Logic Supply in Burlington, VT as a Strategic Account Manager. Gaby played NCAA Division I soccer at The College of the Holy Cross, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Psychology while concentrating in Pre-Med. She now lives in South Burlington with her fiancé. In her free time, Gaby enjoys spending time in the mountains and on the lake. She also recently started volunteering for United Way and Best Buddies in Vermont, all while helping out with the U14 Nordic Soccer Club team.
Michelle Cote
The Inntopia Business Intelligence Team recently hired Senior Product Manager Michelle Cote who is working in the Burlington office. “We’re very excited to have Michelle join the BI team as Senior PM. She brings a very strong background in Product Management in the BI space, and I’m excited about what her addition means for the future of the line of business,” commented Tom Foley, SVP of Business Intelligence. Michelle is a native Vermonter who previously worked at MyWebGrocer where she was Vice President of Insights + Business Intelligence for the past nine years. She also spent a decade at The Vermont Teddy Bear Company as Research and Loyalty Marketing Manager. Michelle resides in Williston with her family. She spends her winters on the ski slopes with her family and her summers boating on Lake Champlain.
Alexandra Garbeck
The Inntopia Burlington office welcomes Alex Garbeck who is joining the Engineering team as Product Owner. Alex comes to Inntopia from Dealer.com, where she was Technical Agile Product Owner /Product Manager. Originally from New Jersey, Alex has made Colchester her home for the past seven years. She is a woman of multiple talents who has had many colorful experiences and holds unique positions such as Stage Manager for various theaters, master electrician, and French horn player in the Burlington ME2/Orchestra (although she’s really a tuba player at heart). Alex is also a Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP®), December 2013, and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO®), 2015.
Dan Piccone
The Inntopia Edwards office welcomes Danny Piccone as Scrum Master. His responsibilities include leading all scrum ceremonies for two Agile teams and acting as a servant leader, enabling the teams to be self-directed while resolving impediments. He is also involved in interfacing with other scrum teams, planning future work, and working closely with engineering management to escalate and resolve issues as needed. Danny is an accomplished Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Software Engineer with several years of experience in the software industry. He lives in Thornton, CO with his wife while his two grown children attend college at the Colorado School of Mines and the University of Wyoming. Dan’s hobbies include skiing, camping, and backpacking. In his free time, he also referees competitive youth soccer.
Steve Yerby
Steve is working in the Inntopia Burlington office as a Senior Scrum Master. He spent the past several years at Dealer.com, working first as a Digital Advisor and as Production Project Manager, and then as Scrum Master CSM/Agile Coach for the past four years. He also lived and worked in Belize, Honduras and Alaska for six years, before working as a Cruise Director with Holland America. Steve is a graduate of Texas A&M University, where he received a BS in Zoology. “I love working in tech and I am a science nerd at heart. I like to practice and advocate scientific and critical thinking which aligns well with the Agile philosophy,” says Yerby. Steve’s hobbies include photography, skiing, and snowshoeing.
Kevin Duff
Kevin came to Inntopia from Expedia in the fall of 2015. Technically savvy, he knows the ins and outs of the travel industry and the engines of commerce within it. Kevin has developed into a pillar of knowledge and management within the Partner Services team. He was recently promoted to Partner Services Team Lead and now assists in overseeing the growing team that supports Inntopia’s Commerce partners. Kevin is an avid skier and outdoor enthusiast who currently resides in Stowe with his wife and two-year-old twins.
Shane Nicholson
Shane Nicholson has transitioned to a new position within Inntopia as our very first Production Support Specialist. He brings extensive experience as Subject Matter Expert and troubleshooting skills to this very critical role. As a member of Partner Services, some of his new responsibilities include serving as liaison between Partner Services and Engineering for issue handoff and resolution, helping to design and implement a new production support process, and facilitating the eCommerce training/support activities for new team members. Shane is dividing his time between the Stowe and Burlington offices.
