Why?
When was the last time you reviewed your policies? It’s not uncommon for policies to change with the season. Do your policies reflect the current season? It makes sense to review your policies regularly to verify that they are up to date and to make any needed improvements. Best Practice: Make those policies crystal clear to your guests.

How?
Open your Inntopia RMS Company tab to review and update the following:

  • General Policy
  • Other Policy
  • Pets Policy
  • Written Cancellation Policy
  • Written Deposit Policy
