Durango to use Inntopia’s full suite of reservation software to enable both e-commerce and off-line sales.
Inntopia is pleased to announce that Durango Mountain Resort, located in the San Juan Mountains of Southwestern Colorado, has signed on to use Inntopia’s full suite of travel reservation products. The combination of Inntopia’s e-commerce and agent systems will greatly enhance both phone and on-line booking capabilities for Durango.
“Inntopia is very pleased to provide Durango Mountain Resort with our complete reservation platform. Our package capabilities will provide Durango’s guests with one-stop shopping for all resort offerings. Using the Inntopia system will also create efficiencies in their call center by reducing both time spent on the phone and time training agents,” commented Trevor Crist, President and CEO of Inntopia.
Inntopia’s interface with PAR Springer-Miller’s SMS|Host Property Management Systems will automate pricing and availability requests, as well as automate reservation delivery. Durango will also use Inntopia.YieldView, the intuitive, calendar-based interface that streamlines online lift ticket sales, and enables sophisticated yield management strategies for a variety of activity products. In short, the collaborative tools that Inntopia provides call center agents and travel product suppliers will play an integral role in increasing conversions for Durango.
“Durango Mountain Resort is excited to work with industry leader, Inntopia, and use their technologically advanced online reservation platform,” stated Gary Derck, CEO of Durango Mountain Resort. “With the help of Inntopia, Durango Mountain Resort can better meet the needs of our guests, providing convenient, one-stop shopping for planning their next dream vacation.”
