News CRS Agentopia Modules Now Available on Innovative U

As you begin to train your new call center agents this fall, we’d like to remind you that Innovative U, our exciting new online training tool, is available to all of our partners. Along with very successful Inntopia RMS training modules launched this past spring, Innovative U now includes CRS Agentopia modules.

Innovative U incorporates a new learning experience into the training plans for your agents by offering:

• Training modules on creating itineraries, product searches, creating guest profiles, and more,
• Engaging videos for learning about Agentopia,
• The ability to track the progress of your agents as they complete modules,
• Quizzes to give your agents confidence in their knowledge of Inntopia systems,
• Helpful documentation, and
• More time to focus on your internal processes and sales tips for your agents.

We will continually add content to Innovative U throughout the fall and winter seasons, so check back regularly for new modules, and even live webinars.
