Inntopia is pleased to welcome Cranmore Mountain Resort as its newest partner. Cranmore Mountain Resort, located in North Conway, New Hampshire, boasts over 200 acres of skiable terrain, an extensive adventure park for summer attractions, and also celebrated its 75th anniversary earlier this year. Cranmore Mountain Resort is located within driving distance of Boston and New York City.
Cranmore is the first of Inntopia’s partners to use Inntopia.Contact which allows access to the Inntopia system through an outsourced contact center. Inntopia.Contact provides a viable option for resorts that don’t yet have their own call center. Cranmore will also use Inntopia.IBE, allowing them to reap the benefits of bookings made both on-line and through the contact center agents.
