Inntopia is pleased to announce that Canyons Resort is the latest resort to choose Inntopia.CRS and Inntopia.IBE to power their vacation planning and reservation services. Located in Park City, Utah, Canyons is North America’s fifth largest ski and snowboard resort with 182 trails across nine mountains, and home to eight hotels with more than 1,500 rooms and more than a dozen dining venues.
In the past two years, no North American ski resort has undergone such a massive transformation as Canyons. More than $50 million has been invested to upgrade the guest experience. Canyons added the only enclosed, heated-seat chairlift in North American (Orange Bubble Express), 300 acres of new terrain at Iron Mountain, a vibrant Ski Beach apres ski destination, family-friendly village programming and a dozen new dining outlets.
“Now it is time to upgrade our guest reservation experience as well,” said Mike Goar, managing director of Canyons. “Incorporating Inntopia’s software in our reservations center and at www.canyonsresort.com will allow for one-stop planning and shopping as Canyons’ guests plan their vacations.”
The resort is home to the Orange Bubble Express, which is North America’s most technologically advanced and first heated chair lift; a lively gathering area at the base of the mountain named Ski Beach; a fast-paced zip line circuit; and 300 acres of new terrain at Iron Mountain. Salt Lake City International Airport is just 35 minutes away and provides convenient access from anywhere in the world.
