The top 3 matches for that specific itinerary are automatically sent to the guest via email with links that take them directly to each product in the booking engine.
Want to highlight certain products more than others? Or filter some out? It’s easy to do both so key inventory gets the highest priority.
The AI model works with any products available through your Inntopia Commerce booking engine including rooms, tee times, lift tickets, spa reservations, rentals, dining, ground transportation, lessons, and more.
Keep in mind that the model is not just recommending missing products, it’s recommending missing products that are closely matched to each guest. So while this certainly grows revenue for your resort, it also helps each guest have a more complete, enjoyable experience during their visit.
As guests interact with these offers, AI learns from these insights to understand what’s working and what’s not; further training the model to make future recommendations increasingly effective.
