Senior Analyst, Information Systems

Inntopia is currently looking for a Senior Analyst. The Senior Analyst will be part of a team of experienced Information Systems professionals who manage Inntopia’s Information Systems operations. The role will implement, maintain, and support Active Directory, network, Cloud, and VMWare Information Systems to meet the business needs of Inntopia.

The Senior Analyst should possess a high level of Information Systems knowledge. The ideal candidate should have a solid technical background, and are experienced in creating, implementing, and maintaining Information Systems infrastructures and procedures to meet business objectives.

The ideal candidate will be located in Vermont, however, home-based applicants will be considered.

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and support VMware ESXi vCenter environment w/vSan cluster
• Manage, maintain, and support the Active Directory environment including Group Policy object management
• Manage, maintain, and support the network environment, including Cisco firewalls, NAT rules, VPN connectivity, and Cisco operating systems
• Team lead for Authorization and Access Control procedures and protocols
• Compile and maintain the necessary documentation of all systems and designs, builds and modifications
• Monitor systems, identify/resolve issues and prepare status reviews and reports
• Manage support cases to ensure issues are recorded, tracked, and resolved and follow ups are being done in a timely manner

Technology Expertise

Candidates with experience in the following are preferred:

• Enterprise Windows Networking
• Active Directory
• Azure Resource Management
• Windows / Linux servers
• Nginx
• VMWare ESXi on VxRail
• Cisco IOS (switches, firewalls)
• Powershell
• O365 administration

Professional Expertise

Candidates with experience in the following are preferred:

• Demonstrated experience in implementation of Information Systems to specifications
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proven ability to work with budgets
• BSc/BA in computer science, engineering, or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus
• Industry certifications preferred (CompTIA, ISACA, ISC2, etc.)
