What: Collecting, compiling, and reporting on mountain town lodging and housing inventory
When: Starting asap, with a hard stop on Dec 31, 2023. 15 to 20 hours per week (will vary)
Where: Remote / Online
Important Stuff: This is an independent contractor position. Pay is $18.50 / hour
Needed: Eligible to work; your own computer; access to internet
Details: We’re looking for a small support team to assist our analyst team with a custom project researching lodging properties and regulations in destination mountain communities. The project has a hard timeline for completion by December 31. Your role will be:
- Identifying and collecting lodging inventory data
- Compiling that data using our systems and procedures
- Organizing, categorizing, and aggregating data
- Building charts and visualizations
- Assisting with the authorship or build of the final documents
- Supporting ongoing standard analyst operations outside of the contract
