Mt. Bachelor Joins the Inntopia Network for Online and Phone Reservations.
Guests making reservations to ski and stay at Mt. Bachelor in Bend, Oregon will soon find that making their travel plans has gotten easier. Inntopia is pleased to announce that Mt. Bachelor is implementing RTP|One Itinerary, the turnkey solution from ACTIVE Network and Inntopia that helps destination resorts and attraction operators smartly package and sell all destination elements in a single transaction. The bundled suite of products from ACTIVE Network and Inntopia will create a full call center for reservations and improve Mt. Bachelor’s on-line booking experience for guests.
This new solution will allow Mt. Bachelor to provide their guests with a single itinerary rather than having to book each component of a guest’s stay separately. Having access to Inntopia’s expansive network and packaging capabilities, and ACTIVE Network’s RTP|One Itinerary, will allow call center agents to help customers choose lodging, buy lift tickets, schedule ski lessons, and rent equipment, all in a single transaction.
With ACTIVE Network’s RTP|ONE™ enterprise activity management platform, ski resorts, parks and attractions can smoothly and efficiently run various aspects of their operations – from ticketing, POS, and access control to activities, retail, rentals, and food and beverage sales.
