Inntopia has been named to OUTSIDE’s 2016 Best Places to Work list. Also recognized for the coveted award is Ryan Solutions, which was recently acquired by Inntopia. This marks the rare occasion of one company making the list twice in the same year.
Each year, America’s leading active lifestyle brand, OUTSIDE, recognizes the top 100 companies in the United States that help their employees strike the ideal balance between work and play. These companies encourage employees to lead an active lifestyle, are eco-conscious, and prioritize giving back to the community.
For the newly-merged teams, who each also won the award in 2015, the news is earnestly appreciated. The dual award further illustrates how closely matched the two companies are with their products and culture, and is a fitting testament to the companies’ shared vision to put their employees first. “We recognize that our most valuable asset is our people and, so being, we do things a little differently,” said Corey Ryan, ex-principal at Ryan Solutions and now Chief Commercial Officer at Inntopia. “From day one, we’ve worked hard to give our employees as many opportunities as possible to enjoy the beautiful place they call home.”
The recognition calls for a heartfelt celebration. Inntopia prides itself on nurturing its sixty-five team members, and is now modestly boasting about being recognized twice in 2016. “We are thrilled to have been awarded this recognition by OUTSIDE,” said Craig Deluca, President of Inntopia. “We wish to thank OUTSIDE for recognizing companies such as Inntopia and Ryan Solutions, companies who care deeply about their colleagues, and who are committed to creating environments where people can thrive personally and professionally. We hope it will inspire other companies to act similarly,” added Deluca.

Inntopia employees and their families are eligible for generous benefits packages, including health and wellness, dental, and vision plans. A 401K plan, to which Inntopia contributes a match, is also offered.
