We have some exciting news for our Inntopia Commerce partners! In the coming weeks, we’ll be rolling out a new design for our Agentopia call center application! For now, the core functionality will not change and elements will be in the same area and work in the same way you’re used to. On top of that functionality, however, will be a new, clean design system that will make a few key improvements.
Note: The screenshots you see may change slightly but should give you a good idea of the new designâs general direction.
First and foremost, the new design brings a modern look to Agentopia. This design system is used by other teams within Outside and brings a clean, up-to-date feel to this popular interface. Not only have we improved the way each box fits within the overall page, we’ve also added stronger hierarchy between elements to reduce the visual load of toggling between tasks.
You’ll also notice a lot of improvements to the way forms are displayed. Elements have a bit more room to breathe and slightly larger click areas to make it easier for your agents to jump between actions without mis-clicking. You’ll also notice different styles of buttons to visually group the various types of functions each performs, improving the speed at which your agents can identify and click the next step as they help a guest.
We’ve also brought a cleaner, more consistent layout to tables. A bit more space around each cell makes it easier to visually identify which cell belongs to each row, better sizing relative to the page reduces horizontal scrolling in tables with more information, and clickable elements are easy to spot and neatly aligned to the table’s contents.

This is just a sneak peek and, again, the core functionality remains the same so we’re hopeful this will be a smooth transition for your team as we bring a new, modern look to one of the most important interfaces within Inntopia Commerce.
