Ventrata now integrates with Inntopia, so ski resorts, theme parks and multi-site destinations can run the best system for each part of the business — and still sell them in one cart, to one guest.
LONDON and STOWE, Vt. — 8 September 2026 — Ventrata, the enterprise ticketing and booking platform for high-volume attractions, tours and experiences, and Inntopia, the commerce and marketing platform for resort destinations, today announced a partnership connecting the two platforms. Ventrata now integrates with both Inntopia products: Inntopia Commerce for web sales, and Inntopia Marketing Cloud for CRM & guest data.
Resort operators have long faced a difficult choice. Buy a single suite that handles lodging, lift tickets, activities and dining, and accept that it is adequate at each and excellent at none. Or buy the best system for each — and accept a guest who checks out three times and a marketing team that cannot see the same person twice.
That choice is challenging because lodging and attractions are not variations of the same problem. A hotel night is a date range against a room type: sold months ahead, changed freely, distributed through channel managers and OTAs, and operated around housekeeping and rate parity. A timed-entry ticket is a capacity slot against a departure or an entry window: sold minutes ahead as often as months, redeemed at a turnstile or a gate, distributed through resellers, city passes and multi-attraction products that each expect a different voucher, and operated around manifests, staffing and ride capacity. Different data structures, different distribution, different operational rhythm. Software built for one is rarely good at the other, and the operator pays for the compromise either way.
This partnership removes the trade-off. Resorts keep the property management system that runs their lodging and the ticketing platform that runs their attractions, and Inntopia holds the two together — at the checkout, and in the guest record.
Unifying live inventory from systems you do not own is a genuinely hard problem, and Inntopia is one of the few platforms built around solving it rather than displacing the systems underneath. Ventrata brings the attraction side of that estate: purpose-built ticketing for high-volume operators, covering timed entry, capacity, turnstiles, kiosks, dynamic pricing, manifests and distribution across more than 220 partner integrations.
Inntopia Commerce. Ventrata-powered attractions, tours and experiences are sold inside Inntopia’s one-cart booking engine and call center app, alongside live inventory from every other system the resort runs. Availability, pricing, packages and combination offers, booking and ticket issuance all flow live from Ventrata — one source of truth for inventory, and one cart for the guest, whether they book online or over the phone.
Inntopia Marketing Cloud. The non-lodging half of a trip — the gondola ride, the guided tour, the attraction ticket — has historically been the part a resort’s guest database could not see. This integration feeds Ventrata booking data into Inntopia’s CRM and customer data platform, matching each purchase to the same profile as the stay it was booked around. The result is a marketing-ready profile of the complete guest experience, and insight the source systems cannot produce alone: which guests buy activities without booking a room, which experiences bring people back, and what a guest is worth across a season rather than a single stay.
“Nobody runs a 3,000-room hotel and a gondola on the same piece of software, and nobody should have to,” said Brandon Franke, Sr. Sales Manager, Resorts, Ventrata. “A room night and a timed-entry ticket are different objects with different distribution and different operations behind them. The all-in-one suites promise both and deliver something mediocre at each end. Use the best PMS for the lodging and the best ticketing platform for the attraction — then you need something holding them together at the point of sale, and Inntopia is the best in the market at exactly that. They have built their whole business on making other people’s systems work as one, which is a much harder thing to do well than building another suite.”
“Guests don’t think about which system powers their hotel, their lift ticket or their activity — they just expect the experience to be seamless,” said Trevor Crist, Chief Business Offer of Outside Travel and Event Services for Outside Inc. “That’s what makes this integration so powerful. Ventrata brings best-in-class attraction technology, and Inntopia connects it with the rest of the resort experience and tech stack.”
Both integrations are built on OCTO, the open API standard for tours, activities and attractions.
Both companies are represented at Ventrata Open 2026 in Prague, 6–9 September.
