Inntopia, the leader in unified booking engine technology, announces an upcoming integration with FareHarbor, the all-in-one booking solution and business management platform that makes it easy to operate tours, activities, rentals, and attractions. The partnership will allow FareHarbor users to sell their inventory alongside inventory from other lodging, activity, and ticketing systems in a single, unified booking engine and call center application.

Resorts using both Inntopia and FareHarbor will be able to offer a one-stop booking experience where guests can shop real-time lodging availability from FareHarbor alongside real-time inventory from across the resort. Similarly, call center agents can access all of this inventory through a single, easy-to-use booking interface.
Even if the FareHarbor user doesn’t use Inntopia Commerce, the integration will enable them to allow partners who do to access and sell to their inventory. For example, a CVB or DMO using Inntopia Commerce to offer visitors a central location to book area rooms and activities could use this integration to access live inventory from tour operators who use FareHarbor. Visitors to the destination could then book the FareHarbor user’s tours and a nearby hotel’s rooms in the same itinerary and transaction through the CVB’s Inntopia booking engine.
In either situation, all items booked through Inntopia Commerce flow back to their original systems for seamless fulfillment. From the perspective of a FareHarbor user, their workflow doesn’t change. They can continue to utilize all of the platform’s easy-to-use features including their account dashboard, detailed analytics, and powerful inventory management tools.

This integration is nearly complete with final testing currently underway. Once complete, Inntopia’s booking engine technology will be available to all FareHarbor users.
