Inntopia, the leader in resort marketing and CRM technology, announces today an integration with HotelKey, a next generation hotel management platform and property management system. The partnership will allow resorts and hotels to merge their guest data from HotelKey with guest data found in the other systems they rely on including POS, activity, dining, marketing, and survey and use these comprehensive guest profiles for marketing outreach, marketing analysis, and guest service.

With this new integration, hotels and resorts using HotelKey will be able to establish an integration between their Inntopia Marketing Cloud guest database and their HotelKey account and automatically sync guest data into their Inntopia database where it is householded, cleansed, and merged with guest data from other sources, providing a 360 degree view of guest behavior across the property and over time.
This also enables HotelKey users the ability to perform cross-system analysis, targeting, and marketing automation. For example, if a guest only books lodging but hasn’t book spa, golf, or activities, an automated email can be triggered to upsell these other experiences. This allows resorts and hotels to automatically increase revenue and satisfaction by helping their guests experience as much of their property as possible.
