Our integration with Sensible Weather allows resorts to offer a Weather Guarantee to guests who are buying lodging and/or activities through the Inntopia booking engine and CRS. Guests can receive up to 100% reimbursement of their purchase if it rains, sleets, or snows more than the predefined threshold during their booking. If they’re eligible for a payout, guests can continue with their activity or experience but will be notified by SMS and email on the morning of their event, and the reimbursement will be processed automatically via ACH or PayPal. The result is higher conversion and increased revenue for the resort as guests no longer have as much weather risk in the way of their decision to book.
