The Commerce confirmation email service is back up and running. We are re-sending any confirmations that have queued up since the issue began earlier this morning. Those partners using enhanced confirmations sent via Marketing Cloud are also in the process of being resent now.

We have completed the restore of the Marketing Cloud Databases into our Azure cloud environment and we are re-queueing and sending any previously failed Marketing Cloud emails. All other Marketing Cloud features are up and running as normal.

Due to a catastrophic server failure, the commerce email service is being moved to a backup server, and we expect those to be working normally very soon. Opera OHIP integration is also impacted. All other Commerce functionality remains active.

Due to a catastrophic server failure, all Marketing Cloud Databases are being restored into our Azure cloud environment. This process will take several hours, and our team will be working around the clock until the work is completed. We appreciate your patience while our team completes our disaster recovery plan.

Huge Microsoft Outage Linked to CrowdStrike Takes Down Computers Around the World – A widespread internet outage due to an issue with CrowdStrike is causing a variety of disruptions with third party integrations – most notably payment processors.
