News Inntopia is now integrated with 1RISK for Seamless Electronic Waiver Completion

We’re extremely excited to announce an integration with 1RISK that marries Inntopia Commerce’s one cart booking platform with 1RISK’s powerful waiver functionality. This integration allows guests to complete liability waivers through a link provided either in emails sent from Inntopia Marketing Cloud or on the Inntopia eComm “My Account” screen. 

Here’s what Inntopia’s CEO, Trevor Crist, had to say:

The integration is available for RTP, Siriusware, and Inntopia RMS suppliers and works on all reservations. Reservations can include both 1RISK and non-1RISK waiver products in the same itinerary and can be completed through the agent interface, ecommerce booking engine, or JSON API. And because waiver emails are powered by Inntopia Marketing Cloud, the integration can use Innopia’s default email template or a custom email template provided by the user.

This integration with 1RISK gives Inntopia suppliers and resellers a single system of record for managing waivers with a simplified setup and improved guest experience so there’s no need to search multiple systems in multiple locations for a guest’s waiver.
