The first day is basically arrival and registration. Weather permitting, we will do both registration and cocktail hour outside on the patio. Come pick up your badge, have a drink and some apps, meet our staff, and mingle with fellow attendees. Pack a sweater.
Tuesday, May 19 thru Thursday, May 21
We have a new format for the opening general session featuring Trevor Crist and many members of the Inntopia team on Tuesday morning. Come prepared to be entertained and informed as recent features are highlighted, strategic plans discussed, and as we touch on the overall vision of the company for 2020 and beyond. Stay tuned as we will roll out some of those details shortly.
Weather permitting, lunch will be outside under a large tent every day.
Tuesday afternoon, all day Wednesday and Thursday morning we will break out into intro and super user tracks, with focus on Commerce, Marketing Cloud and Business Intelligence. All of the meetings rooms are next to each other and adjacent to the Exhibitor Expo in the Talisa Foyer.
We are also excited to bring more sessions related to our industry in general, marketing tips and best practices, as well as panels of experts discussing hot topics.
Additionally, from 4-5pm on both Tuesday and Wednesday, attendees will be invited to regroup at round tables to share and learn from each other and our experts on topics such as RTP and Siriusware Commerce, Acoustic, Blue Hornet, and more. We will fill you in on that too as we get closer to the conference. Please contact Pascale Savard to submit your request and topic.
