How are you communicating internally about guests and itineraries? For example, a VIP guest requests an early check in. How are you ensuring that the right people know about it?  Itinerary Notes within Agentopia can help. A huge benefit of this feature is that you can easily and quickly send a note to other resources about a specific itinerary. Once you’ve got it setup, it will open up a whole new way to communicate internally.

From the CRS, open the Systems page. On the right, you’ll see Itinerary Note Categories. Here you can enter a note type and an email address who will receive it.  It can be an individual but is recommended that you use a general department, such as Front Office or Accounting, with a shared inbox that everyone in the department monitors.

Then, from the itinerary itself, select Itinerary Notes | History. Add a new note and from the Type drop-down, select who should receive this note. Because an email is already attached to the Type, all you need to do is select the Status and communicate the note. The note is already linked to the itinerary, so you won’t need to switch to another application to keep everyone informed.
