PGA TOUR Experiences Chooses Inntopia Marketing Cloud

CRM and powerful email marketing tools will leverage clean guest database to drive bookings.

PGA TOUR Experiences will use Inntopia’s Marketing Cloud CRM platform to power its automated marketing and drive new and return visitation.

PGA TOUR Experiences sells golf vacations to some of the nation’s best golf destinations. They also act as a sales and marketing consultancy, helping golf resorts and organizations better run their own sales and marketing efforts.

PGA TOUR Experiences already uses Inntopia’s Commerce platform to power the booking engine on its own website, on its clients’ websites, and as the Central Reservations System in its call center.

The addition of Marketing Cloud to their toolset will give PGA TOUR Experience and its clients the ability to pull guest data from source operational systems, sanitize, household, and aggregate that data, and maintain a central guest database that can be used to power very targeted, very efficient automated email marketing and lifecycle guest messaging.
