Vermont Resort Selling Ski School, Season Passes, Lift Tickets, and More
STOWE, Vt. — Jay Peak Resort has begun using Inntopia’s one-stop booking engine to power sales on their newly redesigned website, as well as over the phone.
The platform, known as Inntopia Commerce, pulls inventory, rates, and availability through a bi-directional interface with Siriusware.
At launch, Jay Peak guests can make ski school reservations, buy lift and waterpark tickets, purchase season passes, and buy tickets to concerts and other events through Inntopia’s responsive online booking engine, as well as over the phone using Inntopia’s CRS call-center software.
Inntopia’s technology allows guests to begin their reservation online and complete it with the help of an agent in the call center, or vice versa, without losing any information.
“Every phase of the guest experience is important to us,” said Jay Peak General Manager, Steve Wright. “Inntopia is helping us take our website and booking experience to the next level.”
The resort will add new activity products to their Inntopia system, such as rock climbing and movie tickets, when their new 15,000-square-foot recreation entertainment center opens. The project is part of $20 million in construction and improvements being done in 2017 at Jay Peak.
Jay Peak is also a long-time user of Inntopia’s Marketing Cloud CRM system for hotels and resorts.
