East West Hospitality (EWH) will soon be connected to Inntopia Marketing Cloud and work closely with Inntopia’s Strategic Account Management team to enhance loyalty and communication with current, past, and future guests.

Together, EWH and Inntopia will capture information about customer behaviors to enable targeted business development activities with the goal of enhancing loyalty, improving the customer experience, and serving relevant content. “In today’s ever-changing digital marketing world, it is essential that communication with our current and future guests is both targeted and personal.
