Copper Mountain Resort is right in the middle of the most competitive destination ski market in the world. To succeed, we have to keep innovating. That’s why we utilize technology that allows us to sell lodging and activities at the same time, and why we keep using Inntopia to get better and better at sales and marketing.

We’ve been using Inntopia Commerce since 2007, and we layered on a custom web interface with the help of Spotlio in 2014.

Inntopia ties everything together and makes it possible. We use Agentopia in our call center—which decreases training requirements and lets our agents focus on sales—and we have built a beautiful custom web store with Spotlio that we’re very proud of. Inntopia’s core competency is APIs and it works really well.

Booking a ski vacation is pretty daunting. Do you need lessons? Lodging? Transportation? What else do you want to do while you’re there? Inntopia allows us to package those things together in a way that makes the guest experience much, much better.
