Production Manager/Business Intelligence Analyst – Denver, CO


The Production Manager/Business Intelligence Analyst oversees all stages of producing and publishing performance reports geared to our lodging/hospitality client base. This is a full-time position in our Denver, CO office.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage full- and part-time data analyst staff
  • Oversee data vetting and interpretation
  • Develop and produce custom reports
  • Manage and adhere to publication schedules
  • Support technical oversight of database systems
  • Support client relationships
  • Producing written and oral reports of findings
  • Assist technical teams as they support all aspects of the reporting systems

Required Expertise

  • At least five years’ recent experience in the hotel or property management divisions of the travel industry
  • A sound knowledge of lodging industry performance metrics and ability to apply these to destination travel operations
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to use those skills to build systems and routines to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Proven management skills of part- and full-time staff and ability to occasionally oversee a ‘virtual’ department remotely
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Ability to clearly and concisely convey complex ideas, both orally and written, to a wide audience
  • Ability to take a leadership role in a fast-growing company leading its field

  • Skilled at analyzing data sets, including, but not limited to, lodging and economic performance metrics
  • Willingness to step in as required to ensure completion of tasks when necessary to meet the production schedule commitments of the company
  • Ability to visualize and develop non-traditional ways of interpreting data


This is a full-time position requiring 45 hours per week with occasional weekend work as-needed.  Successful candidates recognize when extra time is required and do what it takes to ensure the success of the department.  Your day-to-day work is centered in our Denver, CO office, though some virtual work from home is culturally standard with the organization.
